KASATKI s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your right to privacy and is committed to ensuring maximum transparency regarding privacy matters.

This Privacy Policy describes our approach to privacy and applies to all versions of the following applications developed by the Developer (collectively, the “Applications”):

• Puffy Silence
• Corgi Grace StickerPack
• Love in 11 Languages

This Policy applies to all versions of the Applications, including versions for iOS, macOS, Android, and other platforms, as well as to related websites and services, unless expressly stated otherwise. By using any of the Applications, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

1. Scope and Data Controller

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Applications listed above and to related products and services provided by the Developer.
KASATKI s.r.o., a company registered in the European Union, acts as the responsible entity (data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) with respect to any personal data that may be processed in the limited circumstances expressly described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Processing of Personal Data

2.1. General Principle

The Applications are designed in accordance with the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default.
The Developer does not collect, store, or otherwise process users’ personal data in the course of using the Applications, as such terms are defined under applicable laws, including the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.
In particular:

• the Applications do not provide user registration or user accounts;
• the Applications do not request or access the camera, microphone, photo gallery, contacts, location data, or other device features;
• the Applications do not require operating system permissions;
• the Developer does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

2.2. Local Data Storage

Usage history, settings, and other user-related information (where applicable):

• are stored locally on the user’s device;
• are not transmitted to the Developer;
• are not processed on the Developer’s servers.

At the user’s discretion, such data may be synchronized with the user’s personal cloud storage (e.g., iCloud or Google Drive) within the infrastructure of the relevant cloud service provider.
The Developer:

• has no access to such data;
• does not control or process such data;
• is not a party to such synchronization.

2.3. Third-Party Services

The Developer does not share user data with third parties and does not use third-party services for analytics, advertising, or user profiling. Operating systems and application marketplaces (including Apple App Store and Google Play) may independently process certain technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Developer does not control such processing.

2.4. Contacting Support

If you contact us by email, we receive only the information that you voluntarily provide in your message (such as your email address and the content of your request).
Such information:

• is used solely to respond to your inquiry;
• is not used for marketing purposes;
• is not shared with third parties;
• is retained only for as long as necessary to process the request.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

In the limited cases where personal data may be processed (for example, when contacting customer support), such processing is based on:

• the performance of a user’s request;
• compliance with applicable legal obligations.

The Applications do not process personal data on the basis of user consent, as the collection and processing of personal data are not inherent to the use of the Applications.

As the Developer does not, in practice, process personal data in connection with the use of the Applications, the exercise of these rights will generally be limited.

The Applications are not intended for use by minors.
The Developer does not target the Applications at children or adolescents, does not design functionality with minors in mind, and does not knowingly collect or process personal data of minors.
If you have not reached the age of majority under the laws of your country of residence, you must not use the Applications.
The Developer does not verify users’ ages and does not process age-related data, as the Applications do not involve user accounts or the provision of personal information.
If the Developer becomes aware that personal data of a minor has been received (for example, through a support request), such data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

6. International Users

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Applications regardless of their country of residence or location.
